Artwork requirements

Uploading multiple designs

• Add one artwork job for each design.
• For single-sided printing, upload one print-ready file in each job.
• For double-sided printing, upload clearly named Front and Back files within each job.
• Enter the quantity required for each design in the Quantity breakdown field. The combined quantities must match the total order quantity.

• Preferred files: print-ready PDF. AI and EPS files are also accepted.
• Artwork size: finished sign size plus 1mm bleed on every edge. For example, a 900mm × 600mm sign requires 902mm × 602mm artwork.
• Safe area: keep important text and logos at least 5mm inside the finished trim edge.
• Eyelets: when eyelets are selected, keep important content at least 35mm from the finished edge; 45mm is recommended where possible.
• Resolution: use approximately 130 dpi at final size for photographic images.
• Colour: prepare artwork in CMYK for the most predictable printed result.
• Fonts: embed fonts in the PDF or convert them to outlines.
• Double-sided signs: supply front and back as clearly named separate pages.
• Contour cutting: add a simplified vector cut path on its own clearly named layer.

Extend background colours and images fully to the artwork edge. Upload files during the ordering process or after checkout, depending on the option selected. We review artwork before production and will contact you if a correction is required.
