Aluminium Composite Signs (Boards and Frames)

Give your message a solid foundation. Full-colour printed vinyl is mounted to a rigid 3 mm aluminium composite panel for a clean, durable sign.

Choose your sign

• Size: five popular sizes, or a custom rectangle from 100 × 100 mm to 2400 × 1200 mm. Sizes are the finished panel dimensions; landscape and portrait are available.
• Print: single sided or double sided, with gloss or matte laminate. Anti-graffiti laminate is available for single-sided signs.
• Mounting: no holes, two 6 mm holes at the top corners, or four 6 mm corner holes. Fixings and installation are not included.

Your artwork, your choice

Upload print-ready artwork now or order first and upload later. Design online is available for one single-sided design. For double-sided or multiple designs, upload your files or use our design service.

Hire a designer — $99 including GST: one sign layout using your supplied logo, text and images, with two revision rounds. A second distinct layout, logo creation, illustration and additional concepts are quoted separately. We send a proof for approval before printing.

Multiple print-ready designs: select the number of different designs, enter how many signs use each design, and upload clearly labelled files. The total quantity must match your order. A $9.90 handling fee applies for each additional supplied design, once per order.

Artwork requirements

Use the size guide generated for your selection. Supply a PDF at full size in CMYK, with outlined fonts and embedded images. Add 10 mm bleed on every side and keep important text and logos at least 46 mm inside the finished edge, clear of mounting holes. Use images at 130 dpi or higher at full size. Do not add crop or registration marks. Double-sided artwork should clearly identify front and back.

Collect from Digicraft, Unit 22, 61 Ashford Avenue, Milperra NSW 2214 after your ready-for-collection notification. Need delivery? Request a postcode-based freight quote before ordering. Large rigid panels require suitable packaging and can attract pallet freight; delivery is not included in the product price.

Production begins after artwork approval. We confirm the expected production and delivery timing with your order. These panels are for signage; they are not sold as building cladding.
