Returns and refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
Once the order goes into processing stage, then that order will not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances . The amount paid will not be refunded once the order is processed.
Digicraft reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided or you provide unauthorised payment details; if the personal details you provide are invalid; or if, when required you are not able to provide satisfactory proof of identity. In addition, Digicraft reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we cannot successfully complete delivery. In all instances one of our Customer Service Team will communicate any issues other than the ones listed that may impact on successful processing of any orders, including notification of cancellation of any orders.
