The use of the Digicraft Design Pty Ltd website (www.digicraftprint.com.au) is subject to acceptance of below Terms and Conditions. By visiting Digicraft Design Pty Ltd website, (www.digicraftprint.com.au), you accept and consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must not use or access this website (www.digicraftprint.com.au). These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without notice, and Digicraft Design Pty Ltd recommends you to check on regular basis.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights [1](including the right to insist that goods you buy from businesses must correspond with their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality).
These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any separate terms put forward by you. Any conditions that you communicate in whatever form and at whatever time, whether in writing, by email or orally, are expressly waived and excluded.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Digicraft Design. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, protect, store and use personal information you provide to us and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and GST

All prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. Sale prices are based on savings from regular price. Regular prices are based on recommended retail price as set by Digicraft Design, its suppliers and the market.

All prices are subject to change and prices displayed are only valid online at the time shown.

General

All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occurring online at www.digicraftprint.com.au or by phone are subject to the laws of the relevant Australian State.  Digicraft Design Pty Ltd is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.   The tools available on www.digicraftprint.com.au to create documents is the property of Digicraft Design Pty Ltd and its affiliated companies.  The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms.  The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by the relevant Australian State.

Disclaimer and Liability

Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on the website is correct, however, Digicraft Design Pty Ltd makes no warranty as to the accuracy or comprehensiveness of any products displayed and/or sold and provides all products on an “as is” basis.
 

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations.  Digicraft Design Pty Ltd shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages.  The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Digicraft Design Pty Ltd responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Digicraft Design Pty Ltd and its affiliated companies on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.

Proofing Process

1. The number of artwork revisions allowed depend on the artwork quote received.
2. A confirmation of the proof indicates that the client has checked all spelling and details and have confirmed they are all correct and ready to start production.
3. Digicraft will not be liable for any typographical errors.
4. Any changes requested by the client after the final approval of artwork will be charged at client’s expense.
5. We are not responsible for any mistakes with artwork uploaded/submitted by the customer as 'Complete Artwork'.

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

1. Digicraft Design Pty Ltd accepts credit card and PayPal payments online. The checkout system works through the secure and trusted PayPal system where you may use your credit card (Master Card, Visa) or existing PayPal account to make a payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment.
2. All orders require a full payment upon placing an order.
3. In the event of non-payments that lead to dispute and/or litigation, the Client agrees to pay all legal and collection fees incurred by Digicraft Design.

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site and all dealings with Digicraft Design Pty Ltd. By accessing or using this Site or via email or by phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

Customer Communications

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd will communicate with you about your order by email and phone. By registering or ordering on Digicraft Design Pty Ltd you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may send you marketing material about offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe via the link on the email communication, or by contacting our Customer Service Team on

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment or relative trading account. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. 

Order Cancellation

Once the order goes into processing stage, then that order will not be cancelled.  The order will not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.  The money paid will not be refunded once the order is processed.

Exchanges Policy

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided or you provide unauthorised payment details; if the personal details you provide are invalid; or if, when required you are not able to provide satisfactory proof of identity. In addition, Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we cannot successfully complete delivery. In all instances one of our Customer Service Team will communicate any issues other than the ones listed that may impact on successful processing of any orders, including notification of cancellation of any orders.

Account Suspension and Termination

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website (www.digicraftprint.com.au).
In the event of Account Suspension or Termination and you are waiting delivery of products, Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process if successful payment had been made on the order.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Digicraft Design Pty Ltd will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer.  The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost.  Digicraft Design Pty Ltd will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.

It also may not be possible for Digicraft Design Pty Ltd to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.

Upon delivery of the order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects or damages and notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Promotions

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd may use promotional coupon codes for products on its site. If you have a promotional coupon code, that code can be used by someone other than you and you can assign your rights to use that code. The value and expiry is specified on the coupon code.

Coupon codes CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers, used on sale items or redeemed for cash. Individual brands may be excluded from coupon code promotions and is at the discretion of Digicraft Design.

Our Customer Service Team are able to assist with all terms and conditions associated with the use of coupon codes. All terms and conditions particular to any promotion or coupon codes will be detailed with each respective promotion and on each occasion.

Disputes

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we welcome all feedback. If you have a complaint please let us know via print@digicraft.net.au. We will address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. In some cases, the manufacturer or other third party may be involved, and as such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint. Digicraft Design Pty Ltd aims to resolve any issues as quickly as is practical and to the satisfaction of all parties.

Reviews and Comments

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd welcomes customers to post reviews or make comments on the content of our Website. Any content must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable to third parties and is not permitted to consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." Digicraft Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove such content at any time, and without notice to you.

If you post content, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Digicraft Design Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content on its website and on any other marketing material Digicraft Design Pty Ltd may create.

Advertising and Links

Digicraft Design Pty Ltd will always endeavour to ensure that any advertising contained on the site shall comply with any relevant regulations published by the Advertising Standards Authority. The website will contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by Digicraft Design.

All information, text, material, graphics, software and advertisements on the website are Copyright of Digicraft Design, its suppliers and/or licensors, unless expressly indicated as otherwise. The website content is protected by Australian and International copyright and trade mark laws.

You must not modify, copy or distribute the website content in any way except as expressly provided for on the website or expressly authorised in writing by Digicraft Design.  You may use the content of this website only for the purpose of shopping or placing an order on this website.

In general terms, if a graphic artist is commissioned to create an artistic work, the graphic artist will own copyright, unless there is an agreement to the contrary. In these cases, the client will have the right (“license”) to use the work for the purposes for which it was commissioned.

Logo work & one off commissions are more expensive as we implicitly sign over the rights of Logo use to the client. Graphic Design for business cards, brochures, flyers is subsidized if on-going print work is being ordered through Digicraft Design Pty Ltd. If you want the release of copyright so as to print somewhere else or want to have full control of the finished product, i.e. pull apart the elements and re-create/modify the artwork then please advise and costs can be quoted. 

 Release of artwork is based on a case by case basis, please email for a quote.

 Digicraft Design Pty Ltd cannot give, hand over, transmit or sell the following with regard to artwork.
