Artwork specifications
For a finished 90 × 55 mm card, supply artwork at 94 × 59 mm including 2 mm bleed on every edge. Keep text, logos and important details at least 3 mm inside the trim; allow extra room around rounded corners.
- Supply a print-ready PDF, version 1.4 or higher, at actual size.
- Use CMYK or greyscale; convert RGB and spot colours before exporting.
- Use images at 300 dpi; rasterised text should be 800 dpi.
- Embed or outline fonts, flatten transparency and turn off overprint.
- Remove colour profiles, keylines and other non-printing items. Place any crop marks outside the bleed.
- For double sided printing, clearly identify front and back. For single sided printing, leave the back blank.
Use 100% K for small black text. For large solid black areas, use C30 M20 Y20 K100.
